Our
Sunday School classes, for
children ages 3 & up, begin
in September and end in June
with Awards Sunday . Classes are
held in the Parish Hall and the
Rectory. The 2nd Grade
curriculum includes preparation
for Communion Sunday. Grades 7
& 8 prepare to make a mature
public affirmation of their
faith through the Service of
Confirmation. Each class
participates in a Children’s
Liturgy, reading the lessons,
bearing the elements, collecting
the gifts and assist in ushering
and all the children are welcome
to participate in the Christmas

| Children’s Chapel - Sundays at 9:30 a.m. | |

Children’s Chapel, for ages 3-7 is held downstairs in the Parish Hall. Parents are welcome to stay with their child/children. This is a worship service brought down to a child’s level of understanding. The children can ask questions, express their thoughts and actively participate in a lectionary based service with music. |

SPYO (St. Peter's Youth Organization) |

SPYO is open to all parish members in grades 7 through 12. Friends are also invited. Anyone with a willingness to participate in our programs and events are welcome to join the fun and realize the satisfaction of accomplishment with a terrific team. We usual meet once a month on the 1st Sunday of the month, after the 10:00 am service. The meetings typically have 3 parts – Spiritual, Community Service and a group activity or discussion. SPYO has only 1 rule: RESPECT. Following this rule solves problems and builds teamwork.We get to know and understand each other, accept responsibility and often work hard as we find our place in St. Peter’s Community. This year we have joined with the 2009 Confirmation Class to hopefully grow our fundraising and increase our donations. SPYO has contributed to the CUP Food Pantry, Wednesday Night Suppers, the Easter Egg Hunt and the Christmas Pageant. We are looking forward to doing more. We need more SPYs! Come to a meeting. See what we are really about. See what we do.

Children's Choir |

choir meets after the 10 a.m. service for rehearsals. The children's choir
